13 DAYS TO GO: Ahead LOC Church dedication, Water Corporation Drive gets facelift

With 13 days left to the official grand opening and dedication of the ultra-modern edifice of the Love of Christ Generation Church C&S in Lagos, the expected frenzy of the event is already in the air as the LOC Church, in conjunction with the Esther Ajayi Foundation, has commenced renovation work on the road leading to the venue.

As a person known for finesse, Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi is now working tirelessly with the Foundation to put the area in good shape ahead of the glorious day.

The edifice is billed for commissioning and dedication on Sunday, September 5, 2021, where several heads of religious bodies across the country and parts of the world would be in attendance as well as many political stalwarts and traditional rulers.

Several prominent Nigerians, including governors, traditional and religious leaders had visited the Water Corporation Drive, off Ligali Ayorinde Street, by Land Mark, location of the church with a view to savouring the grandiose of the edifice ahead of the formal dedication.

When Seraphnews visited the Church recently, it observed that some parts of the road was in bad shape with flood taking part of the road and this is what the LOC and Esther Ajayi Foundation are now putting back in shape. Kudos the the Reverend Mother for this effort as the road is made use of by several hundreds, if not thousands, of Lagosians everyday.

As at Monday, August 23, 2021, heavy equipment had been deployed into the area as promised by the governor.
