Heavens opened as LOC Generation Church hosts Royal Worship service

Since its dedication barely eight months ago, the Love of Christ Generation Church, at Victoria Island, in Lagos State, continues to attract the crème-de-la-crème of the Nigerian elite as well as several international dignitaries who often come, not only to savor the magnificence of the edifice, but who come to worship the God of Seraphs in the church.
That is how much Rev. Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi has impacted positively into the Cherubim & Seraphim organisation and the entire Christendom in the country since her ‘emergence’ on the Nigerian space in 2018.

The church, again, on Sunday, May 8, 2022 kept Christian community in the country spellbound with a programmed it tagged ‘Royal Worship’.
The event was a worship of a different kind and one that had not been witnessed in the country up until now.
It was an event that had the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi (Ojaja II) and several other monarchs from the South West of the country, collaborate to sing praises unto God and give thanks to Him for His grace over their lives and domains.
Particularly, the Ooni used the worship to appreciate God’s faithfulness to him since his ascendancy unto the throne of his fathers.
The Ooni, during his thanksgiving session appreciated the Almighty God who has been good to him, saying, “All that I have is enough to appreciate what God has done for me, no matter what I give, his goodness can’t be quantified.
“He has done great things, hence he is worthy of my praise” I have come to return all glory to him.
The monarch also appreciated the founder of the church, Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi and her husband, Rev. Ademuyiwa Ajayi, for their good works to humanity.
The Ooni also publicly acknowledged that Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi was truly an anointed minister of God. “I can say that boldly. I appreciate the way she appreciates her husband despite her status.”
The foremost Yoruba monarch encouraged her to continue her good work most especially her heart of humility.
“We are always with you in this church and I pray God will grant every prayer requests here and His presence will not depart from the church.”
However, the monarch advised the congregation to emulate the good deeds of Mother Ajayi and to be good and kind to their fellow men and women at their own levels.
“This ground is an holy ground do your best to make it clean always,” he said.
In her sermon titled: ‘Who Are Your Friends’, with reference from Gospel of St. John 15:15, ‘Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.’
According to Mother Ajayi, “Your friend must be someone that you know each other; you communicate together; you do a lot of things together.
“However, you must be careful of the kind of friends you keep. The type of friends you keep will affect your life either positively or negatively.”
According to her, King Solomon’s heart was turned away from God after going after strange women (1Kings 11:1-9) “even though the Lord warned him, but he refused to listen.
“When you hang around with worldly friends they will lead you astray because birds of the same feather flock together.
“Mingling with bad friend will not only lead you to hell but will lead you to problem.”
She emphasized that “You must live the same life you live in the church and outside the church. You must be bold of the God you serve even among your friends and stay clear from their evil deeds.”
Acknowledging the presence of the monarchs gathered at the event, Mother Ajayi appreciated the Ooni specifically saying, “you have been a friend to our family. I pray God continue to abide with you.”
Recounting how she met Ooni Ogunwusi, Rev. Mother Ajayi said, “I met the king in London. From the bottom of my heart I appreciate the Ooni of Ife.” (referencing the book of 1 Peter 2: 17) which talks about honouring the kings and Proverbs 15 the last verse that talks about humility comes before honour.
“Our meeting started in 2017 when Chief Babatunde Loye wanted to hold an event in London and he sold tickets. He cried to me that he’s in a mess because some people are trying to sabotage his event and the mess is that the new Ooni of Ife is supposed to grace the event with 47 people and I said to him when you meet with Abimbola Esther Ajayi, God will take you out of your mess.
“I said to him ‘Chief go and sleep. God will see us through’. God being on my side, he held the event. The Ooni was present with his people and it came out to be one of the best events in London.
“The first time Ooni of Ife came to our church in London, he came with 70 people. His next visit he came with 120 people. I said to myself ‘this King is not joking’ and since then he has been a friend to my family.
The ‘Royal Worship’ was indeed a great worship to the Kings of kings as the Guest Minister, Harmony Voice mounted the stage and render melodious songs of praise to God. He trilled the audience with the high praise.
